I am an AI Automation Engineer and operator who builds workflow systems for operations-heavy businesses.

I started in business development and operations, then taught myself to build the systems I kept specifying for other engineers to build.

Today I design and ship AI-powered products end-to-end: FastAPI backends, React/Next.js frontends, Claude evaluation pipelines, Make.com automation layers, and Supabase schemas. I authored BRDs and PRDs for AI calling bot deployments, led full UAT cycles from defect triage to production release, and owned post-launch bot governance with structured failure logs and SLA compliance tracking.

Quantified outcomes: DSO cut 81 to 22 days, missed service events reduced 97%, EMR rollout scaled across 33 clinic sites across Greater Toronto Area, Time-to-Live for new employees reduced from 35 days to 5 days. Every system I build has a cost, a constraint, and a measurable outcome.
