Problem

Craftline manufacturers couldn't efficiently reorder production queues based on promised delivery dates. Manual queue management caused missed SLAs.

Implementation Decisions

  1. Real-time WebSocket updates to sync queue changes across multiple operators
  2. Drag-and-drop reordering with automatic due-date conflict resolution
  3. Fulfillment status synced back to Shopify orders
