Problem

ProGuide's target customer is the dental surgeon, not the patient. The site needed to establish clinical credibility through real case outcomes and provide a frictionless case submission workflow.

Implementation Decisions

  1. Case gallery is the lead conversion tool — before/after clinical photography builds trust with surgeons
  2. Single CTA ('Submit Case') rather than multi-page booking
  3. B2B positioning maintained throughout — all copy assumes clinical literacy
