SameDay Dental — Multi-Location Clinic Site
A unified multi-location clinic platform — built to consolidate four dental practices with transparent pricing and an embedded AI front desk.
Problem
Four disparate clinic locations required a unified digital presence capable of handling location-specific booking and bilingual accessibility. The challenge: dental industry norms typically hide pricing, leading to patient drop-off, and after-hours queries were entirely missed. They needed a cohesive, transparent platform.
Architecture & Solution

Developed on WordPress/InfoEmpire, the site features a centralized CMS managing location-specific routing. A custom Voiceflow AI bot is embedded directly into the homepage to handle 24/7 patient triage and FAQ, integrating directly with the Canadian Dental Care Plan structures.
Implementation Decisions
- Transparent pricing UI — Surfacing exact pricing cards ($99 check-up, $49 emergency) above the fold broke industry norms and dramatically increased conversion.
- Embedded AI front desk — Deploying a 24/7 Voiceflow bot on the homepage captures and triages after-hours emergency patients.
- Prominent compliance badges — Highlighting Canadian Dental Care Plan and Refugee Plan acceptance directly targets specific underserved patient demographics.
