Uplift LMS
Custom learning management system for healthcare staff training. Multi-track catalog across Customer Support, Dental & Healthcare, HR, Finance, Sales, and Software Engineering.
Problem
Uplift Technologies deploys remote healthcare staff to DSO/MSO groups. Each hire needs domain-specific training (HIPAA, front-office protocol, billing). Off-the-shelf LMS platforms had no healthcare-specific content and required per-seat licensing that didn't scale.
Implementation Decisions
- Multi-track catalog with field taxonomy allows filtering by department and level without a search index
- Supabase for auth and enrollment state — same auth layer as the main platform, no separate credentials for staff
- AI lesson planning via cloud-deployed Mistral Instruct + Deepseek OCR on Google Colab
- 20-hour default course duration pre-set — matches Uplift onboarding contract terms
